DIY Vest Championship is a free event. Vested will not ask any participant to participate in this championship for any money at any stage.
DIY Vest Championship 2022 (the “Championship”) is open to Vested users only. If you are not a user, you first need to sign up for Vested and submit your Vest. The Championship is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Championship rules. Vested Finance Inc.’s (the “Sponsor”) decisions will be final and binding in all matters related to the Championship. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
You can submit your entries from Wednesday, July 20, 2022, from 1 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). The Championship begins on Monday, July 25th, 2022, at 00:01 AM IST and ends on Sunday, August 21st, 2022, at 11:59 PM IST.
First of all, anyone can take part in this Championship. DIY Vest Championship is free to take part in. The sponsor will not ask any participant to participate in this championship for any money at any stage.
Participants must follow the steps below to participate in DIY Vest Championship.
Please note that, by default, we will not consider all DIY Vests created by you. You need to submit entries for all DIY Vests. You can submit a single entry mentioning all DIY Vests (separated by a comma) or submit multiple entries.
For example, you created your first DIY Vest on July 25, 2022, and submitted the entry. A few days later, if you decide to create another DIY Vest, then for us to consider the other DIY Vest, you need to submit another entry mentioning the second DIY Vest name.
Also, you can share your DIY Vest in your network using any social media platform. Tag @Vested and use the #diyvest hashtag.
Views generated for DIY Vest must be organic in nature i.e. views should be generated by sharing the Vest on social media platforms, groups, etc. The usage of automated programs or views generated by bots or any other automated devices/services is prohibited. Entries that violate these Championship rules will be disqualified. The sponsor will not be responsible for late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By entering this Championship, participants agree to adhere to the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Championship.
We have three categories of prizes.
Daily prize: The DIY Vest with the highest number of new daily new views will get $15. If multiple Vests have the same views, the reward will be split. The competition will be open for 28 days, so the total winnings in this category is $420. You can win a daily prize on the weekend too. Please note that we will only consider unique page views to decide the daily prize winner so just refreshing the page won’t help :)
Weekly prizes: This is decided based on the overall Vest performance (returns, views, rebalances, and the number of stocks in the Vest portfolio). Every week, a total of 10 prizes will be awarded.
