About the role
As a customer success representative, you will be Vested's first point of contact for customer questions, requests, feedback, complains or any other needs. You will be charged with managing relationships between clients and the company. We at Vested strongly believe in 'Users First' and as a Customer Service Executive, you will make sure that we are truly able to keep our users first in our interactions with them.

Remote (based in India)
What you will do
- You will assist other team members in following up with clients who have opened an account with Vested. This will involve messaging and calling them
- You will work on evaluating the KYC information of the customers and assisting them with the account opening process.
- Conducting additional background check of the users before and after KYC approval
- Coordination with the US partners whenever and wherever required
- You will speak to customers to educate them about Vested's functional capabilities and new features
- Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the wider team
- Maintain excellent service standards and go above and beyond to ensure customer's have an amazing experience on Vested
Prior experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role will be preferred
- Experience with consultative sales in a high-touch customer service environment is preferred
- Experience in MS excel
